Bee Cheng Hiang rolls out new Applewood Marbled Iberico Rice Dumpling & Gourmet Bakkwa Rice Dumplings this Dragon Boat Festival

With Dragon Boat Festival around the corner, local famous Bakkwa specialist, Bee Cheng Hiang, is launching it’s first-ever Bakkwa rice dumplings.

Dig into traditional rice dumplings with a modern twist. Paired with Bee Cheng Hiang’s signature Gourmet Bakkwa that’s made with quality pork belly, each rice dumpling is also stuffed with Shiitake Mushroom, Chestnut, and Glutinous Rice. They are currently available in two flavours – with or without yolk.

For an elevated taste, the Applewood Marbled Iberico Rice Dumpling is generously filled with ultra succulent iberico bakkwa which has been smoked for two hours with U.S. imported Applewood. Alternatively, indulge in the Applewood Marbled Iberico, retailing at $328 for 600g.
