nomVnom – Tasty Lion’s Mane Truffle Burger, rich Uji Matcha Chocolate Tart & Vegan Bubble Tea all in one cafe

Opened in 2015, nomVnom has been serving modern vegan burgers and fusion dishes, catering to vegans and advocates of a healthier lifestyle.

Choices for the burger patties range from the the popular Lion’s Mane mushroom to tempeh, konjac and OmniMeat – all of which look interesting and unique.

Their best-selling Lion’s Mane Truffle Mushroom $10.50 features a fried Lion’s Mane mushroom patty which resembles chicken meat wth a slight QQ texture, slathered with sautéed white button mushroom in truffle mayonnaise as well as coral lettuce. Even the buns are handmade and non-greasy. The burger tastes wholesome and delicious.

As I order on GrabFood, there is a Set Meal Combo where I could add-on a side and a drink while enjoying $2 off.

The Mushroom Fritters $4.95 is amazing. The six mushroom morsels come deep-fried with juices sealed in perfectly.

The drinks sold here are from local vegan bubble tea brand, Mong Cha Cha, which uses only organic soy and oat milk.

No regrets ordering the Uji Matcha Chocolate Tart $5.90. Made with organic coconut butter, organic raw sugar, semi dark chocolate powder and premium Uji powder, the price might seem hefty for the petite tart but trust me, the filling is satisfyingly thick and rich in taste.
