Bar-Roque Grill (Tanjong Pagar) – Sunday Champagne Brunch with 8 Gems Caviar, Beef Wellington & Eggs Benedict

Indulge in a lazy Sunday brunch lavished with the best of roast meats, amazing caviar and eggs dishes. Here’s no excuse to pop the bubbly and savour some caviar from 8 Gems. Available at $78 per 30g, savour these precious gems with crusty brioche and condiments like chopped eggs, chives and sour cream. Or simply eat it off the back of your hand.

What’s brunch without eggs served any style of your desire. Be it the Organic Eggs Benedict, Sunny Side Up, Scramble and Omelet (at $12 each), it is bound to satisfy every man’s dream.

Creamy, fluffy and incredibly runny, the scrambled eggs, especially, tug at heartstrings for its beautiful egg texture, freshly sliced avocado and crunchy baby romaine.

Equally tantalising is the Beef Wellington $36, featuring the juicy medium rare tenderloin enveloped in a massive puff pastry. Accompanied with a slab of pan seared foie gras, wilted spinach, sautéed mushroom and red wine sauce, the Beef Wellington is a sight to behold and a taste to never forget.

For bigger sharing portions, the Beef Platter $90, comprising of the Hanger Wagyu Steak, Black Angus Ribeye and Beef Wellington, allows a taste of three meat parts. Otherwise, head for the classic English Roast Ribeye $36, served with a marvellous Yorkshire pudding (I would order a basket of), fit for a hungry royalty.

Tuck into sweet treats like the tangy Eton mess $15 (consisting of raspberry sorbet, an avalanche of thick meringue and mix berries) and the highly recommended Mini Madeleine $15, proudly served with velvety smooth Nutella.
